Our Story
We started this idea in 2023, a couple of Colombian immigrants living in Canada, as a project to create a company that would allow us to provide a product of great value to the market that opened its borders for us to live.
The smoker and grill barrel is a product that was invented in our city, Medellín, in 2013, and although we arrived in 2022, it was in 2023, ten years later, that we wanted to bring this product to Canada, understanding the love and passion the canadians have for barbecues.
We did a search in Canada for companies that could manufacture this barrel for us, but unfortunately they did not have the machinery, the molds or the knowledge to make it complete, so the costs were too expensive.
However, everyone we talked to, after knowing all the functions and benefits of the barrel, asked us to let them know when they were available in Canada so that they could buy them.
With this incentive and a clear idea, we traveled to Colombia and in January 2024 we partnered with a company that “jumped on the train”, and decided to manufacture the barrels to be sold in Canada. This guaranteed the best engineering, material and product, to start.
After legally establishing the company, creating our website, receiving advice from certified brokers and beginning different levels of expectations, we hope to start selling the barrel in Canada in June 2024...
